Dard hotaa hai, dikhaayee naheen deytaa kuchh bhee;
Paas aaou, to, tumhain chhoo key eitbaar karoon!
Mujhey waham hai, ki, rag-rag sey huun waaqif fir bhi:
Baahuoun mein qiyaas-e-dil ko bhalaa kaisey bharoon?
